You'll pick the custom flake finish you want for your space.

2. Surface Preparation

We use a professional grinder connected to a HEPA vacuum system to ensure a clean, dust-controlled environment.

3. Dust Removal

Any remaining dust and debris is thoroughly vacuumed for optimal adhesion.

4. Concrete Repair

Cracks, divots and imperfections are patched and smoothed to create a flawless foundation.

5. Base Coat Application

A durable polyaspartic base coat is applied across the floor.

6. Flake Broadcast

Your chosen flakes are evenly broadcast directly into the wet base coat for full coverage.

7. Flake Removal & Smoothing

Once cured, we scrape and vacuum excess flakes to create a consistent, level surface.

8. Final Topcoat

We roll on a clear polyaspartic topcoat for a glossy, durable, long-lasting finish and you're done!

We stand behind our work with a 15-Year Residential Limited Warranty on our polyaspartic concrete coating systems.

What’s Covered

Peeling or delamination caused by defective workmanship or materials
Applies to normal residential use
Valid for the original homeowner

What’s Not Covered

Cracks, structural movement, or pre-existing concrete defects
Moisture vapor transmission or water intrusion
Pet urine or other subsurface contamination that affects concrete pH or adhesion
Chemical spills, improper cleaning, abuse, or impact damage
Flooding, standing water, or acts of God
Cosmetic variations in color, texture, or gloss

Important Note on Pet Urine

Concrete is porous. Pet urine and other contaminants can penetrate the slab and alter its pH, which may affect coating adhesion over time. While we follow industry best practices for surface preparation and treatment, failures caused by pre-existing contamination are not covered under warranty.
