Any remaining dust and debris is thoroughly vacuumed for optimal adhesion.

4. Concrete Repair

Cracks, divots and imperfections are patched and smoothed to create a flawless foundation.

5. Base Coat Application

Warranty Coverage

Radiant Coatings – Warranty Summary

We stand behind our work with a 15-Year Residential Limited Warranty on our polyaspartic concrete coating systems.

What’s Covered

  • Peeling or delamination caused by defective workmanship or materials
  • Applies to normal residential use
  • Valid for the original homeowner

What’s Not Covered

  • Cracks, structural movement, or pre-existing concrete defects
  • Moisture vapor transmission or water intrusion
  • Pet urine or other subsurface contamination that affects concrete pH or adhesion
  • Chemical spills, improper cleaning, abuse, or impact damage
  • Flooding, standing water, or acts of God
  • Cosmetic variations in color, texture, or gloss

Important Note on Pet Urine

Concrete is porous. Pet urine and other contaminants can penetrate the slab and alter its pH, which may affect coating adhesion over time. While we follow industry best practices for surface preparation and treatment, failures caused by pre-existing contamination are not covered under warranty.

Warranty Service

  • All warranty claims are inspected prior to approval
  • Non-warranty service visits may be subject to a minimum $100 service call fee
